The Bach® Original Flower Remedies were developed by Dr. Edward Bach in the 1930s. Dr. Bach was a well respected Harley Street physician in the U.K. who believed that our emotional well-being has a huge impact on our overall health. By 1935 he had identified 38 negative states of mind and 38 corresponding flower remedies intended to counteract them. Each of these flower remedies encapsulates a particular feeling or emotion, providing a gentle, natural solution for the consequences of our hectic lifestyles. They can be used alone or combined with one another in order to suit your individual needs. The Bach® flower remedies are a gentle system that captures the essence of flowers.
Rescue Sleep® is the same trusted formula in an alcohol-free dropper that may help provide relief from occasional sleeplessness caused by stress and repetitive thoughts. Rescue Sleep® Dropper combines Rescue Remedy® with the Bach® remedy White Chestnut that may help you fall asleep naturally and wake refreshed. Easy to use before bedtime and as needed during the night. Simply apply 4 drops onto your tongue or add to a drink of choice.

Inactive Ingredients: Glycerin, purified water.
Adults and children age 2 and up: take 4 drops directly on the tongue or 4 drops in water and sip at intervals. Additional drops may be taken during the night as needed.
