Chill Out contains a combination of herbs used throughout the centuries in Western and Chinese herbal medicine.
DIRECTIONS FOR USE
Adults: Take 2 tablets, 1-2 times daily or as recommended by your healthcare practitioner.
CAUTIONS
Take two hours away from all prescription medications. Not recommended for use during pregnancy and breastfeeding.

Piper methysticum (Kava kava) extract dry conc. 400mg equiv. to dry root 4g (4000mg), std. to contain kavalactones 40 mg
Melissa officinalis (Lemon Balm) extract dry conc. 75mg equiv. to dry leaf and flowers 750mg
Ziziphus jujuba var. spinosa (Ziziphus) extract dry conc. 300 mg equiv. to dry seed 3g (3000mg)
Magnolia officinalis (Magnolia) extract dry conc. 150 mg equiv. to dry stem bark 1.5g (1500mg)
Passiflora incarnata (Passionflower) extract dry conc. 75mg equiv. to dry herb top flowering 1.5g (1500mg)
Magnesium amino acid chelate 250mg equiv. Magnesium 50mg
Glycine 100mg
