2. Moulding Process: Fully submerge the mouth guard in hot water using utensils or tongs for 60 seconds. Then move the mouth guard into cold water for 3 seconds.

3. Fitting the Mouth Guard: After 3 seconds in cold water, place the mouth guard in your mouth, biting down to create a personalised impression. Hold for at least 20 seconds. 

4. Final Adjustments: Use the adjustable lower tray to advance the jaw up to 8mm, tailoring the fit to your needs.

5. Repeat for Perfection: If necessary, the moulding process can be repeated for a better fit. Ensure you create pressure to make the mould as suited to your mouth as possible.
