Shipping policy
Please note during peak periods such as Black Friday and December, all couriers are experencing high volumes and there can be additional wait times for packages that is out of our control. We dispatch all orders within 48 hours (Mon-Fri) however courier delays can happen. Please reach out to your allocated couriers for delivery queries using the tracking code emailled to you.
We ship both within Australia and internationally to select countries. Please review the details below to understand our shipping options and policies.
Domestic Shipping (Within Australia)
- Standard Shipping: $9.99 per order.
- Express Shipping: $15.99 per order. Express shipping is sent via Australia Post, with delivery times between 1–4 business days. For exact delivery times, please check the AusPost website.
Free Shipping Promotion
Free standard shipping on all orders over $100 AUD for a limited time. The shipping discount is automatically applied at checkout.

Deliveries within Australia typically take 2–9 business days, depending on your location and the courier service.
We deliver to Australian PO Boxes via Australia Post. Just enter your PO Box address as usual at checkout as normal.
Pick-Ups
We are an online shop only and pickup is not available.
International Shipping
We ship to most countries worldwide via Australia International, SEKO & DHL. Delivery times vary depending on your location:
- New Zealand: 4–7 business days
- USA, Canada, UK & Brazil: 6–27 business days
- Other Countries: We ship to over 100 countries across Africa, Asia, Europe, the Middle East, and the Pacific Islands. At checkout, eligible destinations will appear once you enter your shipping details.
International shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on your location and order weight. You’ll see the exact shipping cost before you complete your purchase in your local currency.

Customs Duties / Importing Taxes
Please note that your parcel may incur customs duties or import taxes upon arrival in your country. These charges are the responsibility of the recipient and are not included in your order total unless specified. We do not reimburse or cover any customs fees, GST, duties, or associated charges. - Once your order has shipped, any changes (such as address updates) may incur additional shipping charges.
- If a shipment is returned to us, we may pass on any additional costs from the courier.
- For delivery enquiries, please refer to your tracking code or contact Australia Post, SEKO, or DHL directly.
- We reserve the right to cancel any orders at our discretion. If this occurs, incurred merchant fees may be deducted from the refund.
- Please ensure your shipping address is entered correctly. We are not responsible for delays or lost items due to incorrect address entry.
Delivery Without Signature
By placing an order with us, you agree to have your package delivered without requiring a signature. If you prefer a signature on delivery (recommended if you live in a high-traffic area), please contact us before your order is dispatched so we can manually arrange this option.
