  1. Prepare: Wash and dry your nose to ensure a secure fit. Unlike some strips, ours are designed to stay put all night, so there’s no need to use talcum powder before application. Do not apply any moisturiser or face cream onto your nose before applying.
  2. Peel: Remove the protective liner from the nasal strip.
  3. Position: Place the strip low down on your nose, just above the nostrils (not on the bridge). Align the tabs with each nostril to ensure the strip lifts the nasal passages apart effectively.
  4. Press: Gently press down on the strip to secure it in place.
  5. Breathe: Take a deep breath and then breathe normally. You should feel improved airflow as the strip gently opens your nasal passages.

Positioning the strip lower on the nose allows it to work correctly by widening the nasal passages, ensuring maximum relief and comfortable breathing as you sleep.

We offer three options, each designed to suit slightly different nose shapes and preferences:

Long Regular – Clear
Width: 69mm
Height: 19mm

Our longest option, offering a little more reach across the nose bridge. Ideal if you like a fuller span or have a slightly wider nasal area.

Long Regular – Bamboo Charcoal
Width: 66mm
Height: 19mm

Very similar in feel to the clear version, just a touch shorter. The bamboo charcoal material offers the same fit with a darker finish.

Regular Wide – Bamboo Charcoal
Width: 60mm
Height: 22mm

Shorter in length but wider through the centre. This option suits noses that are broader rather than longer, or those who prefer a more compact strip with extra surface contact.


Most people are comfortable starting with one of the Long Regular options. They suit a wide range of nose shapes and give the most coverage. If you know your nose is shorter or wider, the Regular Wide can feel more natural.

All three sizes are designed to gently support nasal airflow. The difference is purely about fit and comfort, not effectiveness. A strip that fits your nose shape well will always feel better and stay in place more easily.

No. The bamboo charcoal strips feel very similar to the clear version in flexibility and comfort. The difference is the material and colour, not the rigidity.

Children aged 5 and over can use nasal strips, with a parent’s help when applying and removing them. We recommend the Regular Wide size for children, as it offers a gentler, more comfortable fit.

For safety reasons, nasal strips aren’t recommended for children under 5.

Slow and gentle is the secret.

Before removing, soften the adhesive by wetting your nose or holding a warm, damp cloth over it for a minute or two. Peel away slowly from one side, keeping close to the skin rather than lifting upward.

If any residue remains, a little warm water with mild soap or a drop of oil will remove it easily. Avoid pulling quickly, especially on sensitive skin.

Each strip is designed for single use and can be worn comfortably for up to 12–18 hours, whether overnight or during the day.

For the best experience and hygiene, we recommend using a fresh strip each time rather than reapplying one you’ve already worn.
