How to Use Your Migraine Mask

For cooling

Place your mask in the freezer for at least 2 hours. The gel becomes cool, flexible and deeply soothing - ideal when your head feels overstimulated, warm or tight.

For warmth

Heat in the microwave for 30 seconds, checking as you go. Add 10-second bursts until it reaches a comfortable temperature. Warmth is perfect for easing facial tension or winding down before bed.

To wear

Gently stretch the mask and slide it over your head. It settles softly around the face without squeezing, allowing you to recline comfortably in darkness. Use for 10–20 minutes - or longer if you’re simply enjoying the calm.

After use, wipe clean, let it dry, and return it to the freezer so it’s always ready for next time.

The mask measures 23cm wide and 15.5cm high, and the gel layer is approximately 5-6mm thick all the way around - which is significantly thicker than budget options especially those on Temu. This extra thickness helps it stay colder (or warmer) for much longer and is much higher quality.


Most cheap Temu style masks are only 2–3mm thick. Our cap is around 6mm thick and uses a premium-grade gel that holds temperature far better. It’s also wrapped in a much softer, smoother outer fabric, so it feels more like a premium product.


It’s designed as one-size-fits-most. The gel is flexible and the outer material stretches gently. If your head is on the larger side, the fit will soften as you use it. If your head is smaller, it compresses lightly and feels snug without squeezing. We haven’t found anyone yet it doesn’t work for.


Yes - it’s a full 360° wrap-around turban head mask. It covers your forehead, temples, eyes, and the back of your head all at once for deeper relief. No gaps, no sliding cold packs, no fiddling.


The mask is filled with a soft, flexible acrylic-based gel (polyhydric alcohol + alkyl salt + acrylic resin) suspended in de-ionised water. It’s latex-free and BPA-free. If you ever experience irritation (rare!), remove it immediately and wash your skin with mild soap and water.


Yes - it’s latex-free, BPA-free and made from soft-touch fabric. As with any gel therapy product, if irritation develops, stop using it.


Pop it in the freezer for around 2 hours for full chill. Because it’s thick, it holds cold for ages. It can also stay in there longer if you want to grab it when you are ready.

Yes! Microwave for 30 seconds, check the temperature, and top up in 10-second bursts until warm. Always test it with your hand before wearing.


Just wipe down with a damp cloth and let it air dry. Don’t submerge it in water or put it in the washing machine. Do not leave in direct sunlight.
