With Shipping protection, you’re covered if something happens to your package during transit.

We’ve got you covered for:

• Loss: If your package goes missing in transit.
• Damage: If your items arrive damaged.
• Theft: If your package is stolen after delivery.

How It Works:

1. Tick the “Shipping Protection” box at checkout.
2. If there’s an issue, contact us within 14 days of delivery.
3. We’ll send a replacement or issue a refund—simple as that!

Note: Coverage is valid only for the order you purchased it with and applies to purchases under $400 AUD. Contact us for options on larger orders.
