We designed KoldKap™ to be stress-free from the moment you pick it up.

  • For cold therapy: Place your KoldKap™ in the freezer for at least 2 hours. The soothing gel cools deeply but comfortably, targeting pressure points with chill relief.
  • For heat therapy: Microwave for 30 seconds, then check the temperature. Need more warmth? Just reheat in 10-second bursts until it’s just right.

Once ready, stretch the mask gently and slide it over your head. The flexible gel hugs your face without squeezing, letting you lie back and let go. Use for 10-20 minutes or until you feel a shift.

Then simply wipe clean, dry flat, and pop it back into the freezer for next time. Because self-care should be simple.

What are the dimensions of the ice mask?


The mask measures 23cm wide and 15.5cm high, and the gel layer is approximately 5-6mm thick all the way around - which is significantly thicker than budget options especially those on Temu. This extra thickness helps it stay colder (or warmer) for much longer and is much higher quality.

How thick is the headache mask?


Most cheap Temu style masks are only 2–3mm thick. Our cap is around 6mm thick and uses a premium-grade gel that holds temperature far better. It’s also wrapped in a much softer, smoother outer fabric, so it feels more like a premium product.

Does the migraine mask fit all head sizes?


It’s designed as one-size-fits-most. The gel is flexible and the outer material stretches gently. If your head is on the larger side, the fit will soften as you use it. If your head is smaller, it compresses lightly and feels snug without squeezing. We haven’t found anyone yet it doesn’t work for.

Does it cover my whole head?


Yes - it’s a full 360° wrap-around turban head mask. It covers your forehead, temples, eyes, and the back of your head all at once for deeper relief. No gaps, no sliding cold packs, no fiddling.

What’s inside the mask?


The mask is filled with a soft, flexible acrylic-based gel (polyhydric alcohol + alkyl salt + acrylic resin) suspended in de-ionised water. It’s latex-free and BPA-free. If you ever experience irritation (rare!), remove it immediately and wash your skin with mild soap and water.

Is it safe for sensitive skin?


Yes - it’s latex-free, BPA-free and made from soft-touch fabric. As with any gel therapy product, if irritation develops, stop using it.

How long should I freeze it for?


Pop it in the freezer for around 2 hours for full chill. Because it’s thick, it holds cold for ages. It can also stay in there longer if you want to grab it when you are ready.

Can it be heated as well?

Yes! Microwave for 30 seconds, check the temperature, and top up in 10-second bursts until warm. Always test it with your hand before wearing.

How do I clean my headache mask?


Just wipe down with a damp cloth and let it air dry. Don’t submerge it in water or put it in the washing machine. Do not leave in direct sunlight.
