HOW TO USE YOUR KOLDKAP

For cooling:

Place your KoldKap™ in the freezer for at least 2 hours. The gel becomes cool, flexible and soothing - ideal for migraine moments, heat waves, or when you need your nervous system to settle.

For warmth:

Heat in the microwave for 30 seconds, checking as you go. Add 10-second bursts until it reaches a comfortable temperature. Warmth is great for releasing facial tension or unwinding before bed.

To wear it:

Stretch the mask gently and slide it over your head. It hugs the face softly without squeezing, allowing you to recline comfortably in darkness. Use for 10–20 minutes or longer if you’re simply enjoying the calm.

Wipe clean, let it dry, and pop it back in the freezer so it’s always ready for next time.
