Why shop with us?
We are an Australian business, based in New South Wales, and we sell one thing: products that help people sleep. Not bedroom decor, not homewares with the word sleep on the label. If it does not earn its place in a bedroom at two in the morning, we do not stock it.
What you can hold us to
- A 12-month manufacturer's warranty on everything we sell, alongside your rights under Australian Consumer Law.
- 30 days to change your mind. Get in touch within 30 days of your order. Items need to be unused, in their original packaging and complete with accessories, return postage is yours, and sale items are final. The full conditions are in our refund policy — we would rather you read them now than be surprised by them later.
- A reply within 12 hours, Monday to Friday. From a person who knows the products.
- Orders dispatched within 48 hours, Monday to Friday. Delivery estimates for each state, and what we charge, are set out in the shipping policy.
Why we started
Sleep Dreams began with restless legs and a partner who snored, and with the discovery that there was nowhere to buy a considered answer to either. Everything in the range still has to pass that test: does this actually change a night, or does it just look like it should?
You can read the longer version on our About Us page.
We would rather tell you what something will not do
Sleep headphones soften what is happening around you rather than shutting it out. A snoring partner, traffic, someone up in the hallway: the sound moves further back rather than disappearing, and your alarm still gets through. We say that plainly before you buy, because the disappointment we hear about most often is not with a product — it is with a promise somebody else made about it.
Not sure what you need?
The Sleep Calculator asks a handful of questions about your nights — whether the problem is falling asleep or staying asleep, whether the room is noisy, bright or warm, when the screens go off — and builds a wind-down routine around the answers, pointing at the products that suit and saying so when nothing in the range is the right answer.
It is a wellness tool rather than medical advice. If your sleep is a health concern, please speak to your GP.
