I have FND, I have tics and am looking to substitute prescriptions for non prescription and natural means…. This has definitely aided my journey I now able to get to sleep within 2 round of 20mins with calm carry as I ordered 2, I carry it around all day when ever I feel my tics coming on or if in the middle of tics the calm carry helps break the cycle…. Thankyou…. This is the 1st device I’ve found that has made my life easier to manage

I have a small head, so many sleep headphones are too big for me & they slip down. I love that this one is adjustable. It's also great that you can play white noise & other sounds to help you get to sleep. Being thickly padded also helps me block out my partner's snoring. The user guide was very small & didn't include how to access the white noise, customer service was extremely helpful when I reached out to them.

Great sound quality and pretty comfortable to wear (just have to make sure you have the headphones in the right spot and then they are comfortable). I found the volume on the built-in sounds were not quite loud enough to drown out my husband's snoring (I know, right?!) but using white noise via bluetooth gave me more volume. Worth the money for sure.

After trying several alternative sleep headphone solutions, I decided to give these a try. The first night, I slept like a rock, with no external noises waking me up!
They are incredibly comfortable, and easy to fit.
My only challenge was figuring out how to adjust where the speakers line up to fit my ears. Once I figured that out, I have not had to readjust them yet.
If you are a person who needs to block out noises, and enjoys music, white noise, etc. to sleep, stop wasting your money and time on other solutions. These are the real deal.
