Getting Started Guide
Heat
Use a kettle or boiling water from a pan. Immerse the mouth guard in hot water (85â100°C) for 30-60 seconds.
Prepare
Carefully remove the mouth guard from the water with tongs and shake off any excess. Quickly identify the UPPER and LOWER trays, then insert them accordingly.
Mould
Find a comfortable position, then bite down firmly. Using your thumbs, press the mouth guard securely against each tooth to shape it.
Set
After 30 seconds, remove the mouth guard and rinse it under cold water for 40 seconds to set the shape.
Repeat the process if needed for a better fit.
User Guide
Initial Use
For the first few nights, we recommend sleeping without the lower tray in the forward position. This helps you become accustomed to the device. If the fit doesnât feel quite right, simply repeat the steps in the Getting Started Guide to remould the mouth guard. Some users find that remoulding 2-3 times helps achieve the perfect fit.
Adjusting to the Device
It may take a few nights to get used to wearing the mouth guard, and you may experience mild aching initially. This should subside after a few days. If discomfort persists, stop using the device.
Adjusting the Lower Tray
To adjust, gently squeeze the indicated areas on the sides of the mouth guard and push the lower tray forward to the desired position.
Cleaning and Maintenance
Rinse with lukewarm water after each use, then dry and store in the provided container. Once a week, clean with a soft toothbrush. You may also use a retainer cleaning solution weekly for a thorough clean.
Lifespan and Inspection
With proper care, your mouth guard should last about 12 months. Regularly inspect for wear and tear.
