How To Use Mute Nasal Cones
Mute is simple to use; just wash your hands, hold the device by the bridge with its curved arms facing towards you and ribbed paddles facing up and away from you. Bring it up to your nose and insert the curved arms first until comfortable. You may need to adjust your nostrils over and around the ridged paddles for full insertion. Finally, check that the bridge is spanning across the top of your nostrils for maximum efficiency.
