We ship both within Australia and internationally to select countries. Please review the details below to understand our shipping options and policies.

Domestic Shipping (Within Australia)

  • Standard Shipping: $9.99 per order.
  • Express Shipping: $15.99 per order. Available for products held in our warehouse, and this option will be presented at checkout if applicable. Express shipping is sent via Australia Post, with delivery times between 1-4 business days. For exact delivery times, please check the AusPost website.

Free Shipping Promotion

Free standard shipping on all orders over $100 for a limited time. The shipping discount is automatically applied at checkout. Note: This promotion is available only within Australia.

Deliveries within Australia may take between 2-9 business days depending on your location and the courier used. Some orders may be split into multiple shipments, particularly when products are shipped directly from suppliers.

We can deliver to Australian PO Boxes via AusPost.

International Shipping (USA, Canada, UK, NZ & Brazil)

We now ship to select international destinations using Australia Post. Shipping times vary based on your location:

  • NZ: 4-7 business days
  • USA, Canada, UK & Brazil: 6-27 business days
  • Please note Canada deliveries are currently on hold due to strikes

Customs Duties / Importing Taxes

Please be aware that your parcel may incur customs duties and/or importing taxes upon arrival into your country. Please know that these charges are out of our control and we will not reimburse any of these GST, charges, duties or fees. Please check with your local authorities to confirm what customs duties and fees you are likely to incur before purchasing to avoid any surprises.

Once we have shipped your order, any changes to the order will incur additional shipping charges to have this delivered. Any time a shipment is returned to us, we incur additional charges from our carriers.

Important Information

  • For enquiries about your delivery, please refer to the tracking code sent via email. You may also contact Australia Post, Sendle or DHL directly for updates on your order.
  • We reserve the right to cancel any orders at our discretion. Should this occur, any incurred fees may be deducted from the refund.

Delivery Without Signature

By placing an order with us, you agree to have your package delivered without a signature. If you live on a busy route and prefer signature-required delivery, please contact us. We can manually arrange this to ensure your package is sent with signature approval.
