Cleaning and Maintenance

  1. Daily Care: Rinse the mouth guard with lukewarm water after each use. Dry thoroughly and store it in the provided container to maintain hygiene.
  2. Weekly Cleaning: Use a soft toothbrush to gently clean the guard. For a deep clean, use a retainer cleaning solution once a week.
  3. Lifespan: With proper care, the mouth guard should last around 12 months. Regularly inspect it for signs of wear and replace if necessary.

How to Fit Your Mouth Guard

  1. Heat: Use a kettle or pan to heat water to 85–100°C. Submerge the mouth guard in the hot water for 30–60 seconds.
  2. Prepare: Remove carefully with tongs, shake off excess water, and identify the UPPER and LOWER trays. Insert the trays into your mouth, ensuring proper alignment.
  3. Mould: Bite down firmly to create an impression. Press the guard against your teeth with your thumbs to mould it securely.
  4. Set: Remove after 30 seconds and rinse under cold water for 40 seconds to set the shape. Repeat the process if necessary for a better fit.
