Initial Preparation: Boil water and pour into a heat-safe bowl to prepare for moulding. Locate the upper tray and hold the mouth guard the right way up.

Moulding Process: Fully submerge the mouth guard in hot water using utensils or tongs for 60 seconds. Then move the mouth guard into cold water for 3 seconds.

Fitting the Mouth Guard: After 3 seconds in cold water, place the mouth guard in your mouth, biting down to create a personalised impression. Hold for at least 20 seconds.

Final Adjustments: Use the adjustable lower tray to advance the jaw up to 8mm, tailoring the fit to your needs. Move the bottom tray forward using your hands and hold it in the position you want, then screw the screws in place to hold the tray in place. Do not try to use the screws to move the tray, they are not used in this way.

Repeat for Perfection: If necessary, the moulding process can be repeated for a better fit. Ensure you create pressure to make the mould as suited to your mouth as possible.
